International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) 

The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) 

The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been the source for education, resources, information, and membership for real estate management professionals for more than 75 years. IREM promotes ethical real estate practices through its credentialed membership programs including Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM.)

International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) 

The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Serving the shopping center industry since 1957, ICSC has over 65,000 members in over 80 countries worldwide. Members develop their businesses through education, research, information, deal making and action on legislation and regulation.

Costar

CoStar gives Capital Retail access to the largest inventory of active commercial real estate listings in the market to best serve our clients. We also subscribe to Costar comps which gives us access to commercial sales and lease comparables. We understand pricing and property values so we can get our clients the right price no matter what side of the transaction we are on.

Realnex

We use RealNex’s MarketEdge product mostly when we sell buildings. MarketEdge gives us the ability to create complete financials including 20-year cash flow projections, DCF analysis, and ROI in easy-to-read spreadsheets. We then produce persuasive proposals, elegant flyers, business-winning BOVs and comprehensive offering memorandums, and private deal rooms.

PNC Bank

We use PNC Bank’s Pinnacle Express for our receivables management, funds transfer (wire transfer & ACH), information reporting and data analytics, payments, and fraud mitigation tools. We also use PNC’s Cash Flow insight for vendor payables allowing us to pay contractors online which is so much faster than sending out checks in the mail. Our contractors love getting paid faster!. No more paper.

Salesforce

Salesforce is the world’s #1 customer relationship management (CRM) platform. The most successful real estate agents are approximately two-times as likely to adopt CRM and lead management solutions when compared to their less-successful peers. We use Salesforce to communicate with our database of our 5,000 potential tenants, sellers, buyers, and brokers. This allows us to fill vacancies faster and sell buildings at higher prices than our competitors.

Loopnet

We use Loopnet to advertise our listings. Every day, the loopnet audience views more than one million listings and submits over 15,000 email leads. Our Premium Listings are be visible to this entire audience which lease up time and sells buildings faster.
