Tenants we represent (Partial List)
Over the past years, Capital Retail Group has helped dozens of businesses – in many different industries and ranging in size from small entrepreneurships to members of the Fortune 100 – make commercial real estate transactions happen for the right space at the right price. We have worked with retailers, real estate developers and managers, technology companies, and fitness companies. Many of our relationships have spanned more than a decade and most return to us after a few years – to help them lease and manage space or find new real estate.
Examples of Tenants
Here are just a few examples of Tenants we worked with:
We help Mike Hudson to manage and lease his building at 508 H Street N.E.
We worked with Susan Park and John Welborn founders of Spark Yoga to help secure their first space in Clarendon Virginia and second studio at the Mosaic District in Fairfax.
We helped find a new space for Andrew Killion’s District Crossfit as the building he was in on New York Avenue was being redeveloped. At District Crossfit, you’ll learn weightlifting, gymnastics and various cardiovascular intensive exercises that will progress your fitness to new heights.
Elevate Interval Fitness
Elevate Owner David Magida hired Capital Retail to help find their first studio. We also helped leadership team transition the company from an entrepreneurship to a professionally managed organization.
Kiln & CO
We worked with Kiln & Co, a privately held pottery firm, and assisted with strategy and found their first site in Vienna Virginia. Capital Retail is searching for a second site now.
We found the first area location for Bella Bridesmaids. We were then hired to find a suitable follow up site as their business was booming and they needed more space.
In addition to these companies, we have worked with many other excellent companies including Sapore, Chapman Development, Post Properties, All Fired Up, Metro Immediate Primary, Awash, and many high quality companies that have become even more successful as leaders in their space, but that are not as well known.
